I've always been career-driven: I went to MIT, I spent my career building startups, and I LOVE being Jeremy and Timothy's mom. But, there's one part of working motherhood that I've always dreaded - school drop off. 

Every morning, the boys are crying, sometimes I am crying...maybe you can relate!

A few years ago, I knew I needed a solution to ease mom guilt and separation anxiety. This was how Mommy Goes To Work was born.
